H.O.M.E. Groups are in full swing! This is an exciting time - H.O.M.E. Groups are the heart and soul of CFC.

CFC is going from House to H.O.M.E.! H.O.M.E. is an acronym for Homes Open for Ministry & Encouragement. Small groups in the home setting are places where you will connect through fellowship, grow through discipleship, develop your ministry, and share in the Christian walk. This awesome ministry happens every second and fourth Sunday evening at 6:00 pm. Please get involved! Click on the pictures below for profiles of each group leader team.
