Pastor Konrad accepted Christ into his life at the age of 20 while working on a degree in engineering at Montana State University. He later transferred to Trinity Bible College where he received a B.A. in Biblical and Ministerial Studies. Prior to coming to Nampa in August 2007, Pastor Konrad and his family made their home in Minot, North Dakota where he and his wife, Sarahlee, had served the congregation of River of Life Assembly of God since 1993, the first six years as the full time youth pastor and the last eight years as senior pastor. Pastor Konrad's passion is equipping God’s people and developing leaders. His heart’s desire is to reach entire families for Christ. He is a gifted communicator and leader committed to pursuing integrity, balance, and growth in all aspects of life. He has experience working with a wide range of ministries and age groups and has proven to be a quality team player with a servant’s heart. Pastor Konrad is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and completed his Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership at George Fox University in 2009. The Ziesings have been married for 17 years. His wife, Sarahlee, is a pastor's daughter and also has a degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Missions. They have four children, ages 6 to 15, and enjoy reading, music, the outdoors, campfires, and photography. Pastor Konrad likes to cook, write, ride his mountain bike, and recently took up running. Sarahlee enjoys scrapbooking and sewing. They are excited to be serving God at Christian Faith Center and are blessed to have been called to the Treasure Valley for such a time as this.
